The hospital was constructed by Mr Dashrath Kashinath Mali and Mrs Pramila Mali in the year 1994. They are a couple from Dhule, Maharashtra who shared similar goal and ambition: they wanted more out of life for themselves, their families and their friends. In 1994, after numerous successful ventures into realty , they founded Pramila Hospital. Later they founded a tribal school for the underprivileged children in Dhule in 2010.
In the year 1994 , freshly graduated Dr Dinesh Mali, a general surgeon and Dr Anjana Mali , Anaesthetist took over management of Pramila Hospital. Dr Dinesh Mali completed his MBBS from Seth G S government medical college and KEM hospital and MS General surgery from Grant Medical college and JJ group of hospitals, Mumbai. Dr Anjana Mali completed her MBBS from Grant medical college and JJ group of hospitals, Mumbai and diploma in Anaesthesiology from Lokmanya Tilak municipal general hospital and Medical college, Sion Hospital. They have been practising successfully for the past 29 years and are also committed towards serving healthcare facilities for the socially marginalised and deprived sections of society.
